Dean was absolutely wonderful!! He made the process so easy and was so great to deal with! I had an old version of windows and I couldn’t fix it and he added everything and more. He went above and beyond. I will be taking my business there if I have any further issues! Would highly recommend!

Great service, awesome prices, couldn't ask for more. After being told I needed a new hard drive, and more ram, and basically rebuilding my computer. Going to Dean was so refreshing, he cleaned out the cobwebs and dust from inside, computer running like it's brand new again. Thank you, I will be a repeat customer and I will be telling all my friends, where to take their computer repair issues. Thank you for being honest.

I had never heard of Dean or his business and it was literally a Google search to find someone to help get my desk top running. Dean was so responsive to my requests. He communicated extensively. He had my computer running in 24 hours. He made appropriate recommendations with my best interests at heart and his prices were fair. I would recommend Dean and will be using his services again when needed.

Dean “The Machine” is the best in the business. For some context, I’m a student who has been working with computers since I was 12. I’ve never had a problem I couldn’t fix until yesterday. I spent 8 hours trying to fix the problem and another 3 hours with Windows and ASUS support. Knocked on Dean’s door and he fixed my main problem and a couple others I never even realized. Not only does the man know his stuff but he is a kind, funny person. 10/10 will be recommending him to anyone I know with similar problems. Thank you Dean!

Dean was super helpful when our gaming computer crashed. Saw us the same day. Spent most of the day troubleshooting and communicating his process. Very communicative and knowledgeable. Did everything he could and determined the root cause was fried hardware. It ultimately needed replacing by the manufacturer, just like Dean suggested. Thank you!

Dean helped me to troubleshoot the issue with my laptop not charging over the phone first, and then came to my location to manually sort out the issue for me. Dean was fast, efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. When Dean came to my location he was able to diagnose and sort out my computer issues in about 5 minutes. He provided usage advice and provided me with solutions to prevent any future concerns.I highly recommend Dean for any computer related issues.
